Is it worth to spend 100-200$ on a stationary bike during LL?
« on: January 03, 2021, 07:51:21 PM »

A few thoughts come to mind.

Guichet always touted how great it was his patients can use a bicycle first day after surgery.

But maybe your PT center might have a stationary bike.

And maybe the walking/stretching you are already doing is so brutal that you don't want to do more exercise on top of it

And you could fall off your stationary bike, no?

I am not doing LL right now, and getting a stationary bike for lower body and one for upper body has improved my life tremendously. Exercise is extremely time efficient and convenient. It makes me wonder
