From your view is putting the Rod in my Femurs to potentially try to gain 7 or 8 cm worth the pain and consequences of this?
and Elaborate on more details please?

If you are female then yes I think it will make a big difference to you.  8cm will be a very significant height increase.  For a male getting to 160cm would probably not be enough but it will still be better than being 152cm.
However, you do need a very good surgeon so that not only will the process be safe but that you can also minimise scarring.  A woman I know who underwent LL and was a similar height to you, increased her height by 6cm and although she looked good before surgery, she looked even better after it.

Thank you for your opinion, yeah sometimes i wear a shoe that would add 6 cm, even tho yeah its like taller but i dont feel that Huge difference but probably its a different case when the bone itself is longer.
I just fear knee pain (even with stryde femur) or scar tissue inside the leg, overall complications that i would keep trying to deal with 1 year after surgery so thats what im scared of the most.

A girl going from like 4'11.5 to 5'3 is literally life changing. You go from short to literally almost average, your height wouldnt even be a question for anyone or on anyone's mind at all if you were a 5'3 girl. And long legs on girls just looks attractive in general. Make sure you choose the right doctor though so you dont end up with an unfortunate story like Unicorn, sadly

Similar to the 5'6 guys who become 5'9.

I was thinking of Dr.Lee in korea but he didnt get stryde yet.
In the US I really don't like this mahoubian guy even tho alot of diaries here are with him, but looks non-trustworthy.
However Paley is extremely expensive and Rozbruch too!
So I dont know....
and yeah 8 cm is good but I feel like my tendons or ligaments are short so what if the Dr stops me at 5cm? that wont be worth it

If you rehab well, the doctor won't stop you
People usually stop because of pain and difficulty, problems of which can be lessened the more effort you put into PT. Mahboubian is trustworthy imo. He's a good doctor, perhaps one of the more caring doctors.
