Need advice on increasing sitting height

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I'm a first time poster looking for some advice.

I'm a 20+ male with a 177cm total height and a terrible 85cm sitting height which comes out to a 0.48 ratio.

I'm looking for any advice on anything I could possibly do to increase that sitting height. I've never had any kind of surgery and this is my unfortunate natural structure. I've searched on the Internet but couldn't find any reliable information. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

Bit of a long shot but HGH use could work.. Your on the border for stopping growing though.. Some lads grow upto 25 others stop at 17

You'll be hard to find a doctor that'll give you hormone therapy just to correct your sitting height.. To be honest, you're being a bit too pedantic.. Forget about it

Yer true. You'd have to source your own HGH and risk it.

It's proved to induce growth but at the age your at and the doses you could take you'd not gain more then an inch.. Even so you can't guarantee where that growth will be.

I wouldn't worry about it.. Longer legs are better anyway..

Work your glute muscles or get some fat. It's pretty much the only way to increase your sitting height; your skeletal structure is pretty much already set.

You just measured it wrong. You're perfectly fine.

Get a mask on and post your pictures. Otherwise you're fine.

Mine is 69 cm nd I m 19 , wish there was some way to increase it
