Arm lengthening
« on: April 04, 2020, 02:52:08 PM »

Anyone have experience of how much arm (humeral?) lengthening costs, and what the typical recovery time is?

Would someone with a 177cm wingspan at 184cm look obviously out of proportion like a t-Rex?

Expect to look very similar to Henry Cavill. Visibly short arms but not that weird.

Thanks, in that case I may not bother with arm lengthening as I don’t think he looks that bad tbh, and I’m guessing it would take a couple of months minimum.

If I were to go ahead though are there any surgeons here that people recommend? I know paley is well respected for femur and tibia, although expensive. Does the choice of surgeon matter as much for humerus lengthening?
