What is your wingspan?

Even if it is 7 cm, your proportions will not be bad. (If your legs are not too long from your arms)

Do this.

Take your picture. (With dress)
(Taking pictures by timing with mobile phone)

Put something 7 cm under your feet. (books, etc.)

Take your picture nked.

Take the same picture with the dress on you.

Compare these 3 pictures for the proportions.

ps: long legs always make you taller than people of the same height.

It's actually preferable for women to have long legs, ratio is not the same as men.

There has been research onto the most ideal ratios and its higher for women.
