Stryde hip pain
« on: November 23, 2019, 11:33:37 AM »

Hey guys, how long usually does the hip pain last after surgery? It's been almost three weeks now and my hips are still very sensitive, even the smallest movement in the wrong direction can cause a stabbing pain. My physio turned me over on my side too quick the other day and my right hip was sore for about two days. Is this normal or is something wrong?

normal bro, hips still have surgery trauma at 3 weeks post op, I wasn't able to comfortably be on the side of my hip until about a two months post op. now at almost 4 months post op I can lay on my sides without pain, and comfortably, BUT I still can kinda feel that the screws are in there in the hip and are being pressed on.

Thanks man that's good to know, it's tricky doing certain stretches and exercises with the hip pain, it's like the smallest wrong movement just sets it off
