1. Three months after the surgery, are people typically strong enough to bring back their stuff onto the plane?
In my planning, I thought to myself "Okay, I'll bring a backpack filled with stuff + a carry on luggage". Then I realized that I might not be strong enough to bring that stuff back after 3 months on my walker
2. If you are not strong enough to bring your stuff onto the plane/pick it up, what would you do?
3. The following is the stuff I thought of bringing. Do you think I should bring anything else?
Stuff I thought of physically bringing in backpack + checked luggage at the airport:
- Laptop, cables to connect them to stuff
- Wireless keyboard
- Phone, tablet, chargers for everything
- one of those long claw grabber things
- 4 oversized towels for comfort/easy drying
- a foldable cane
- small amount of tissue
- passport (do I need this if I am from America and doing the surgery in America? I don't fly much)
Stuff I thought about having ordered to place I stay:
- A relatively cheap 4k TV to connect my laptop into to use w/ the wireless keyboard
- sunscreen
- tissues/paper towels/soaps etc groceries
4. If you were American but not from California and you were doing surgery with Mahoubian, how would you get that stuff there? I guess there is weighing the cost of the items vs buying them again.
