Can arthritis occur due to LL, yes, is it guaranteed, no. Taking care of your joints via good nutrition, consistent (yet not extreme) exercise, proper supplements and of course thorough rehab/stretching will significantly reduce the risk. I'll tell you I'm waaaaaaaayyy more likely to get arthritis from my sport in natural bodybuilding than anyone who does limb lengthening and I'm still going...in 10 years not so sure lol jk
