I know height dysphoria is a mental condition that could more or less be fixed with LL. But BDD is another story. How can we know if we won't shift our insecurities to something else after our height has been fixed, as is the case with BDD. Did any one of you guys experience that? If I get this surgery, I don't want to suddenly be fixated on something else on my body. That would defeat the purpose of LL. How do psychologists working under LL surgeons differentiate between height dysphoria and BDD?
