Ive just measured my inseam and it's only around 86cm while my sitting height is 99-100cm


That makes my legs disproportionally short


I see People way Shorter than me having the same inseam


Whats the point of doing sports like boxing etc. if you have short legs? I have to spend way more energy than someone with long or proportionally long legs


It looks ugly asfkk too


I need at least 20cm to make my legs look long


Im pretty sure my leg growth stunted, so what are my options now?

Is there any way that insurance will pay for that?

Will i be ever able to do Sports after 20cm LL?

I can relate to having disproportionately short legs. I’m about 170cm but my hips are at the same level as my boss who’s 5 foot four or shorter. Every source I’ve read says more than 5-7cm on a single segment is a risk of permanent nerve damage and/or being crippled. So 20cm you definitely would not be able to run or be atheletic with even if you split it between your femurs and tibias.

I think it’s enough for you to lengthen 4-5 cm and you will look proportional.
But with a height of 185-186, I wouldn’t do it, despite the short legs

Why are you whining about proportionatly short legs? It's preferable if you're considering this surgery.

20 cm is to much. you can go max 14cm in two segment. but if you and doctor make green signal then.

you need atleast 2 yr gap between 2 segment. you can go first segment external tibia for max 7.5 cm(3 inch) for near $14k or internal tibia for $40k and after 2-3 yrs internal femur 7.5 cm(3 inch) for near $40k if you do LL in India. But if your body permit then go for 2nd segment first becm full recovery then go for others seg.
