i want to push 10 cm in femurs so betz is getting me on that one but i want to know who is better my budget is around 65k

Both are good, but I think with Birkholtz, you get better quality care and better amenities. 3 months of housing and physiotherapy are included with Birkholtz and he routinely checks on you. I don’t think you can go wrong either way so I would just do a cost-benefit analysis

Hey man, sorry to be a debbie downer, but you have to put that desire in check. Safest on Femurs is 8 cm max, maybe 9 cm if you have very good genetics/age. 10 cm is really pushing it my dude.

We're going to need more details. But I would advise you to choose Birkholtz over Betz since Birkholtz is a ortho surgeon with experience and connections to trauma surg, but Betz/Becker is a plastic surgeon by trade, and is really only familiar with the betzbone; although I'm not sure Birkholtz uses the betzbone

You should up your budget to at least $100k before you do even a $65k femur Birkholtz package. Travel expenses + extra potential surgery costs if complications arise + medical supplies once back home + paying people to help out since you'll be fairly handicapped once back home for a while + hardware removal. Hopefully you won't need to use all those funds, but there are hidden costs to this.

After 7cm your flexibility exponentially decreases. 10cm femur may have like half the flexibility as 8cm. It really is the max, and this is not speculation. This is personal experience. No cm past 7-8 mark is worth it. The only caveat is maybe if you were like 5’9/5’10 starting and not tight. Your femurs would look really long though.
