What do you think is better in terms of flexibility and sport ability: (8 cm femur) vs (4.5 tibia + 5.5 femur) ?

The guy who did cross LL seems to be better; the guy that did 9 cm on femur doesnt seem in control of his own legs and cannot run
Also I feel it is safer to do 2 LLs, but with very safe amounts of lengthening than 1 LL with above safe amount of lengthening.
