How many millimetres would I loose after taking off Monorail?

Im looking to lengthen around 3.5 cm.

Once i take off the monorail (mitkovic) how many millimetres will i loose?

do i even loose any?

The answer is 2.4509 millimeters (.024509 cm)

So say this guy lengthened 3.5 cm would he really only be lengthening 3.3 when you take off the millimetre from the lengthening

Guess it all depends on the dr maybe you’ll lose some mm with some and maybe you don’t with others
