Advice plz !

I'm 5'7 or 169 at night 170 in the morning , I only wanna gain 3 inches I wanna be average I don't wanna be tall , I'm confused should I do one surgery femur 8 cm with one of the top surgeon or do 2 surgeries ? I have the money now but I don't have the time to do it till 2 years from now I'm 28 years old now . I do have a room to length my femur over my tibia ? I also need a pic of someone 5'7 standing next to 5'10 guy if it's possible plz

If I'd had the money, I would've done two surgeries for 5cm and 5cm.  That's what I'd recommend ideally.

This is about an 8 cm difference. The shorter guy is 173cm and the taller is argued to be between 180cm to 182cm, I honestly think he's 181 as do some other people. Tell me if you don't see a big difference, you'll feel sooo good at 5'10, trust me this'll be worth it.

yes 8 cm is a big dif in height I'm just gonna do one surgery 8 cm and that would put me at 5'10 and I will be happy with that . And thanks for the pic
