Im in the same situation as you right now. Basically for 5 inches you will need to do tibia and femur so at the total cost of about 70k. you can do cheaper but that is risky and it comes with so many complications. for the tibia I will suggest dr. maurizio calagni in Italy, total to about 20k cost and I suggest to keep an extra 5k in your pocket. You will have to do external procedure with the metal frames if your doing 5plus cm in the tibia (which im also choosing) as for the internal procedure for the femur it will be about 50k and that Im planning with dr. Pilli who is also in Italy.

Man that sucks having to do 1 of them external, one worry i have is that by the time i have enough money i wont be able to get off work for the extended amount of time it would take to recover from externals

Wingspan is 5'11 and i dont know sitting height. If what ur getting at is proportions, well my legs are already long so i realize lengthening them will make me super disproportionate but i dont care about that and besides i can wear big shirts so it wont be noticeable when i have a shirt on

Guys does anyone know the name of that guy who gained like 6+ inches? He was on youtube for an interview, I put down the link, it's at the end of the video.

It was apotheosis I'm pretty sure. The guy in charge of the old forum which turned out to be very untrustworthy.

He went to Betz.
And I don't think he turned up fine. No proof for that.
He has maybe close to normal functionality in everyday things like walking or standing but with so much lengthening I doubt if his sports abilities is even 60% than before LL.

That man had no reason to lengthen that much. Even with 15cm he would have been a tall 1.85cm man with repatively good functionality in everything but he wanted to push his limits and the result was, as expected, mediocre at best.
Noone should follow his example, lengthening that much is a suicide.

As much as I agree suicide? not so much, I mean dwarfs get 30cm plus right?, but whatever you know best, your experienced and Im not so Il take your advise, I learned one thing in life and thats to learn from others mistakes not make them myself. But that 18cm I want so much simply because it will put me bang on 6 foot. But Il be looking more into this and taking everyones opinion into consideration.

Dwarves body is more flexible because they arent as grown as a normal person.
