Thinking of doing LL with Dr. Barinov

I've been trying to get in contact with Dr. Barinov (I'm Canadian), but it's been almost 2 weeks and still no response...

Just wondering for those of you who have done it with him, or any other overseas doctors, what's the process usually like before you get a date for your operation?

Really appreciate the help!
