Did anyone here do scar removal procedure?

Hello,

Did anyone here do scar removal procedure on scars from pins and wires? Specifically, I am interested in the outcome for treating those concave scars from screws?
Was the scar simply cut out and skin stitched up? If so, did it eliminate the concave surface?
If you can share a photo of one of those scars post scar removal procedure, I would appreciate it.
