Ok guys the last time I didn't have tha answer i was looking for ... maybe this time .
Does anyone really knows how the heart copy with a lengthening  . Did any surgeon tell you something about this , did  anyone make a study . How can we be sure we are not running us into serious problems ?  We are all willing for the same thing but this is a major thing .
cheers to all LL troopers

This is completely irrelevant, fat people and muscular people exist too. A bodybuiler who has built 100 lbs of muscle has a lot more body tissue that his heart must supply with blood, and his heart won't fail. Some more centimetres in your legs will not make your heart fail.

Since you asked a stupid question (like every other one you asked) but also asked to be polite in the answer given, no one is answering

Yes it is a stupid question.
Adding a few cm has nothing to do with heart. You have many things to be afraid of regarding LL, heart failure is not one of them.

I really don't understand why you are so fixated about this subject. As a curious fact, taller people have reduced risk of cardiovascular disease but higher risk of cancer. Now it is known that taller people have bigger hearts and this is to compensate the increased cardiac output. However, if you had researched a little more about this, you would have learnt that the organs are the targets of most of this blood and only a small amount is directed to the muscles. Therefore it is very unlikely that some centimetres more in the legs would have a hemodynamic effect and even if it had the human body is capable of adapting to some extent. An athlete has a bigger heart to accommodate the increased needs of strenuous physical activities.

Finally discussing what theoretically would happen after lengthening is of no consequence. To my knowledge there are no studies regarding the cardiovascular impact of doing limb lengthening and what may happen "in theory" is very different from the actual world. However, if it really had such a big impact I think someone would have noticed by now.
