We know that during lengthening we can take supplements Like calcium and vitamin d to aid in this but what about before. I plan to do the surgery in 1-2 years time so I'm wondering if anything can be done beforehand.

be healthy exercsie, etc. oh and stop smoking if you're a smoker. beyond that I don't think there's much else you can do beforehand
