Just wondering for those that have done CLL, have you ever regret of doing it? Does your life went better?

Most people seem to say the height gain through limb lengthening was worth the issues they have encountered.

I believe many who say this are genuine.

I also think many who do regret it can not come to terms with the fact they have actually made the decision and elected to put their body through such a dangerous, time consuming and expensive procedure to end up with it not meeting their expectations and are now suffering from a range of complications ranging from minor to those which result in a severe reduction in quality of life tantamount to being disabled from their own choice. Therefore for their own mental well being, have to believe that the height gain was worth it.

People enter limb lengthening with unrealistic expectations, are told endlessly the risks yet believe they will be the exception and return to 100% athleticism with no complications - just taller. This isn't realistic, even with lengthening a conservative amount at a slow rate with the most experienced and expensive doctors in the world in some of the most advanced medical environments there are, never mind going to a third world country, often lengthening way beyond the what is advised at a ridiculous rate and trying to do it on the cheap.

Astute observation google42. I am currently studying in the medical field, yes.

In my case, even with complications, the benefits that came with every single mm gained overweight all disadvantages.
I highly doubt I will ever regret having done LL.
