I've had a lot of information giving to me by a fellow patient who has finished the whole process.. For me this has been very important otherwise I would have had alot of trouble with mis alignments.. I had severe discomfort 2 nights ago on my right leg kept me up all night.. I was due to have an xray in 2 weeks but instead decided to get one yesterday.. Lucky I did because my fibula has consolidated (which was causing the pain). When your fibula has consolidated and you continue lengthening it causes the top of the fibula to be pulled down.. It also resists the leg lengthening straight causing mis alignments so I've stopped lengthening and am having my fibula recut on Friday (very quick surgery) after which point I will continue lengthening.. Because of the information id be givin from the other patient I know exactly what to look out for and to catch the problems early before they become a problem.. The doctor is also goin to correct my slight Mis alignment on my right leg during the surgery so I'm very pleased I've cause this problem early..

Dr.Mitkovic accepted me in June -July this year and I will go for it if nothing is stopping me. It seems like he has good aftercare, is Dr.Mitkovic really a good choice?

I first contacted him in 2011 and was goin to do it then and I spoke to him for a while but didn't end up doin it.. I contacted him again but didn't quite have the funds.. I spent a year working really hard and saving more than double what I needed so I could be comfortable.. And he accepted and I booked my flight.-anised a driver and everything for me..

all the best buddy. btw how much total is it going to cost you? including all expenses.
