Are there any videos or information regarding the Removal Of The Precise, Guitchet, or Betzbone? Is the removal process dangerous? What is the mortality or paralysis rate of limb lengthening surgery?

Thanks. Ive seen this video as well as every other relating to LL on youtube so far.

I never really hear anyone talk about the removal process?  Has anyone else heard of any LL horror storys leading to amputation, paral, or even death?
