Do any of these doctors have a limit on what height they can perform a surgery on?

Also, I know Dr. Guichet is a great doctor and I consider him the best in LL surgeries, but I have read a few diaries on Dr. Parihar and he seems to care a lot about his patients and is a very safe option.

It will take me 5-6 years to save up 100k (future medical student)
It will take me 3 years to save up for Dr. Parihar

positives about Dr. Parihar
-less than half the cost
-great diaries on his procedure
-I'm Indian and have visited there 3 times
-no clicking required

positives about Dr. Guichet
-More of an elite surgeon in this field
-his nail is full weight bearing

I will and would go with guichet but I don't really no the other guy . There is also Paley .

I had previously thought Guichet or nobody else, but recently have been thinking a lot more about Parihar - Penguinn was the first person to do it with him which seems risky but so far seems to have gone really well. I also spoke to a buddy of mine who's an orthopedic surgeon and true to what Parihar said, longitudinal rod insertion is a pretty easy procedure as far as orthopedic procedures go, so there rest of it would just be limiting timing of lengthening, PT, etc., which seems like something Parihar could handle given his experience with other lengthening surgeries. People also suffer huge complications when going to Guichet as with anyone else, so it's kinda hard to say at the price point of 30k why you shouldn't at least consider Parihar.

I do wonder why people consider doctor guichet... Btw, if anyone reads his CV, he didnt even study medicine... But hey... He has a couple of diaries and a super heavy advertisment on only CLL....  Seems legit no?

I second this, I mean are you really aware of how the clicking nail works? It's also called the "Twist and shout" method for a reason, you have to click it 15 time a day by twisting your leg slight every single day (quite a hassle). I prefer the precise over that any day and what sucks even more is you're paying Guichet a load TONS of money for that nail.

His website mentions "Post-operatively, the patient turns himself his leg or arm, with alternate rotatory maneuvers. 15 go-and-forth clicks per day represent 1 mm of gain. It takes 10 days to gain 1cm." - Basically for 1cm you twist each leg 150 times LOL (300 clicks total), not to mention he considers this his "Porsche".

to be honest with you, Am thinking of Guichet and Paley, but if i were you Indian, need a lot of time to save money and will only do 5 cm, then go to Parihar if money is an issue. Its a very safe amount and achievable.

I'm biased since I went to Dr. Guichet, but If price is an issue why not look into Dr. Birkholtz too?   

I think his prices are similar to Dr. Parihar and he seems to have more experience with precice. Dr. Parihar seems like a solid surgeon surgeon too with plenty of experience in other methods, but if you were worried about being one of his first precice LL patients.

Not a Guichet fanboy by any means but the reason I'm going with him is the following:

-Only weight bearing nail commercially available
-Complication costs included in the £52,000 list price
-UK based so heavily regulated
-Doesn't appear to be a businessman out to grab my money to make a quick buck

When I spoke to him he is looking at designing an automated nail but said he needed a £2 million investment? 
As an engineer I find it hard to believe the development cost alluded to but I see no reason for him to lie.

Can someone clarify something for me. Is Dr Parihar experienced in internal surgeries, I know that Penguinn is his first Precise 2 surgery but did he use the Precise 1 before?

He's done tons of nailings but I was the first Precice nail patient.
