Hello guys so in this topic I would to I ask if anyone in this forum has experience with electric stimulation for bone growth.. I did limb lengthening with doctor mitkovic now im in period of consolidation.. my recovery is normal ot just bellow the normal and I want to fast à little but my healing.. so what do you thinknow guys ?

Could be worth a shot if you can get a shot of one anything is worth a try.

Here's what I'm trying and my bone growth was described as 'best in hospital'

Plenty of calcium take tabs and drink 2-4 glasses of milk a day
Lots of leafy green vegetables excellent for bone minerals
Vitamin k
Vitamin d 15000 its a day
L glutamine 20-40 grams a day
Zinc tabs
If you can get it GABA powder (take on empty stomach in a sugar free drink) helps increase HGH
Protein with every meal and have 1-3 shakes a day as well

Electric vibrating board machines stimulates bone growth. Weight bearing speeds up bone growth

If you can get it genuine HGH 5ius every morning stay away from carbs which spike insulin and blunt its effectiveness

Avoid sugar as much as you can and fizzy drinks which leech minerals out of the body

I bought an electric muscle stimulator off of amazon but it was to help my muscles and not really bone growth. For bones I just took a supplement and walked as much as possible.
