I am thinking of surgery at parihar in india. What I am concerned about is the pollution of the environment. Parihar's hospital is said to be dirty. Perhaps I will stay in the hotel for a long time. But if you go outside one step, the temperature is very high. The probability of infection will also be much higher than in other countries. Specifically, we are concerned about malaria and the like. I would like to hear your thoughts about performing surgery in India.

1. The pollution is only bad in some places. The air pollution though will definitely be bad.
3. I don't know about Dr Parihar's accomdation but you can find hotels as good as any in the Western World in India.
4. If you're going in a few months then it will be monsoon season which means a lot of rain..
5. You're not more likely to get infections. Indian doctors are good. Any country you go to in the world will have so many Indians as Dr and nurses so I don't get why they get a bad rep in their own country.
6. I've been told about Malaria each time I've gone to India yet never seen a mosquito. But if you want to be on the safe side, simply buy a net for your bed and whatever else is essential. It's not a Zombie Apocalypse they won't be hunting you down.

and mosquitos are there only in some rural areas that are close to sewer/still dirty water, there is no way you will have mosquitos in a resonably good hotel. you can avoid the outside dust and heat by travelling using uber (very cheap compared to US), and you will not feel the pollution when inside in your hotel/room (you will feel it outside in busy areas).

I know indian people don't use toilet paper. Is it easy to buy it? Do the international hotels have it?

The food is not very different from what we are used in western countries? I believe the majority of indians are vegetarian due to religion.

Every hotel has toilet paper of course plus if they don't it's better to use a toilet hose anyways.

You can get Western food anywhere in India but their own food is more veg based but you can still get a lot of meat based food like rice and chicken, lamb etc and you can still get McDonalds, KFC, Dominos etc
