I am currently 165 cm . I am thinking of lengthening 5 cm on tibia in China . Is 19 too early for limb lengthening ? I think doing this surgery early can help me with most things in my life ( especially girls , and also 99 % of my worries will be over ) But is it risky / too early /inappropriate  to do at 19 ? If so , what is the best age ?

Srsly I am 50, in good shape, married 30 years, with 4 kids (mostly left home) and 7 Grandkids, I dont play sport anymore (really never had time lol, occasional home gym) - had first CLL (was 170 cm, now 176 cm) last year, it was pretty much the first life break I had, and I thought it worth the risk at my age, but when I was younger I dont think I would have done LL , I needed to make money for my family, and to be strong/fit, and focussed on others needs (not my own aches/pains from CLL) - it really is hard work when you have a young family and you are trying to be a good dad after coming home from a long day at work(+multiple jobs).

Aim for 8 cm at the very least since you are 165 cm.

I'm 175  cm and still want at least 6 cm.

if your bone close, you can do it, the best age, the earlier the better
