A way to stop shrinking?
« on: April 12, 2016, 04:10:32 AM »

Is it possible to stop spinal shrinking throughout the day? My 188cm friend only shrinks 1cm from morning to night. Is this just good genetics or is there a method?

Its highly unlikely a 188 person only shrinks 1cm the whole day. But you can take supplements to help reduce your shrinkage. Other than that lieing down during the day will help.

There are also some yoga topics here, maybe you want to check them out as well.

Yoga, a muscluar back and glucosamine all help to reduce the shrinking.

Why is that?Maybe some people shrinks less than 1 cm and some can even go around 2,2.5
Isnt it about genetics and stuff?

I shrink precisely 2.0cm every day.
When I'm lazy and spend the day sitting around it's between 1.5 -1.7 cm.
But yea, it varies from person to person.
