Hypothetically, cosmetic leg lengthening is banned in every country around the world except for Russia. You can only choose from one of the above clinics, otherwise you accept your current height for the rest of your life. Where would you decide to get your leg lengthening operation?

I don't know much about the Russian doctors, so I'd probably go to the Ilizarov institute since they have the longest history and most experience with LL.

Probably with Solomin, mostly because the private clinic where he works looks great (and with English-speaking staff), and Saint Petersburg being the most Westernized city of Russia.

There is only one diary of a patient with him, though (badwolf). Apparently he is doing great, let's wait till the end of the prccess.
