is winter time good for starting surgery, lengthening and healing?

the average temperature in Winter will be only -3~2 ℃,when I plan to start surgery. can coldness be bad for new bone's growth and recovery after removal?

the benefit of going through LL in the summer is that you are likely to have more sunny days, and therefore your body will get more natural vitamin D which helps bone growth.  How much difference it will make?  not quite sure

how about the temperature?
when I was younger, during winter I didnt grow as much as in summur
