Hi guys,

I have a few questions about LL done with internals-

1: What is the actual benefit of doing it over externals?

2: With internals - how long do you have them in for - when can you start weight bearing?

3: If done in another country, when are you likely able to come back home to lengthening (if allowed)

I'm just slightly confused as to how internals are the better option.
