Is there a doctor who does both segment at the same time on both legs or maybe within a few weeks? I am just curious.

For individuals who undergo femoral lengthening followed by tibial lengthening we offer a package price of $170,000 (Precice 2). In some select individuals we will consider simultaneous femur and tibia lengthening at one surgery for a total cost of $150,000. Please note that there is a higher risk for fat embolism which can lead to death if both femur and tibia devices are inserted at one time. You can lengthen 10 cm (5 femur 5 tibia) very quickly, under 2 months and, given average callus formation, you can expect almost normal walking and near-full recovery after 6 months. In a contrast of cross-lateral external only lengthening, where you'd need 2 fking years jesus christ... Yea I'd probably do it back in time

I agree. I really want to lengthen 4CM on tibiae and femurs at the same time this way and be done once and for all after 8 months, instead of taking years, which I really can't afford. I could even lengthen slower than normal, which is good for soft tissues, since callus would probably form more slowly during quadrilateral lengthening compared to normal lengthening. 4CM plus 4CM shouldn't cause any soft tissue problems, should it?

Dr. Paley WILL perform quadrilateral cosmetic lengthening with Precise 2. I can't afford that, so I'd have to do externals only. I wonder if Dr. Shah would do the 4CM+4CM quadrilateral lengthening.
