Tibia lengtheners.. when do u find ur leg too long?
« on: January 25, 2015, 02:50:09 AM »

I mean, when I sit down now, without taking photos, I look at my tibia, i'm like mmm, they are getting too long and I'm only done about 4 cm.

so i've another 3.5 cm to go...

is it due to calf muscle atrophy? at least partially.. and of course partially due to tibia really being too long

when ur calf got bigger again, did the ratio not look so weird..?

i did not know that proportion would stop me, instead of complications... i still have zero signs of ballerina or contracture

I never thought mine looked too long, but Kaper looked like he lengthened too much after doing 6cm and probably should've stopped sooner.  Some people can handle a lot, some can't.

Do your legs look too long or too skinny?  If you think they look too long, getting back some muscle won't change that.  Length is length.  If they're looking too skinny to you, then regrowth might help, but that varies from person to person.  I gained only a small amount of muscle in my legs, but I've seen some people grow elephant calves after LL.

Post photos of your tibiae and we'll let you know whether we think they're too long or not.
