Could LLer do inversion with Gravity boots?
« on: February 15, 2015, 03:14:24 PM »

I am planning to do femur LL(6cm) and tibia ll(4cm)
But i am wondering after done with ll for 2 or 3 years
Could i do inversion for release spine stress ?
Is it dangerous for my legs?
Inversion can maintain our spinal height and keep it straight.
What is your opinion?

Whats your starting height? I think you would be satisfied after that amount of lengthening and could honestly do more.

When will your first lengthening take place, goodlucktomylegs? Have you decided between Dr. Guichet and Dr. Paley?

I don't know if it will cause stress fractures.... if so, it might be dangerous during or after the LLsurgery
