Which ones would you nominate and why? :D

Can u modify the question to "which doctor would you feel safe to do operation with?" because we can't give an answer to the top clinic, since we lack knowledge because we didn't do the surgery with all of them

I'd feel safe in these hands:

Parihar (India) the fact that he puts recovery on the first place is enough for me

Barinov (Russia) fixes problems for free and seems serious and responsible

Catagni (Italy) the guy trained Paley himself


Without money limitations I'd add Paley to the list
