hello!

since day one i've had enough sleep.. because my pain was not really an issue at night. but the discomfort needs me to use sleeping medicines..

i have stopped anti-histamines for quite some time.  now i am using codeine phosphate 30 mg to sleep, taken only at night.

just want to avoid building up tolerance..

in february, i think i will have to switch back to anti-histamines (there are various kinds).

in march, early march, i will use prescription sleep aids to sleep, ie, benzodiazepines (muscle relaxants too).

finally in april i stop lengthening. and they say the pain goes away once stop lengthening. is this true?

You might try asking for Trazodone.  It works well and isn't as habit-forming as benzos.

which benzo was used?

here are the drugs i've used so far every night (i've taken one of them to sleep, until tolerance develops, and i switch)
- melatonin
- chlorpheniramine
- benadryl (in panadol night)
- anarex (essentially ophenadrine, but once toleance develops u become hyperexcited... u dont sleep..)
- phemazepam (only taken it twice, no tolerance yet; i've injectables i bought from russia, pretty potent, to make it sure i wil reach 8 cm)
- codeine (im using 30 mg now, tonight i will try to sleep using 15 mg, and then once it doesnt work revert back to 30 mg, and 60 mg as needed)

here are some other drugs i will be using soon
- atarax (a few days before tolerance develops; this is hydroxyzine; i will play around the dosages)
- xanax (i will only use this for 2-3 weeks at most, its bad for u!)
- phemazepam (this is also likely bad for me, so using it one week at most, when i reach closer to 8 cm; another way to deal with all this is to lengthen slower when closer to 8 cm)
- zolpidem and zolpiclone

basically i will be rotating these drugs around, aside from trazodone which MDOW suggested....

MDOW, how long does it take before tolerance develops to that drug???

Tolerance doesn't happen.  I've been using trazodone for years and it's as effective as ever.

In China they don't give out benzos.  Some patients (actually just me and Lumberjack) happened to have some with us for other reasons.
