Likely it's all the meds and everything else they're pumping into you.

How come you "used to" have a six pack? You can still do an workouts during ll.

I think he's two or three days out from surgery and ab workouts are the last thing on his mind. He may even still have the epidural still hooked up.

I don't blame you for being worried about your six pack. I am a little concerned about that too to be honest, but the most important thing now for you is to become taller. That is why you are in Russia right now, there is no going back now, and even if you wanted to, there is no point.

And I hope the pain gets better, those doctors aren't giving you any pain killers but maybe it's for your own good? I can't say that for sure though, plus they do not know how you feel because they are not in your position.

NSAIDs cause bloating

opioids cause stomach bloating as well and abdominal distension (mostly gas)

its a temporary phenomenon.

I think, just take less painkillers.

Just give it til things stop hurting. Then, start doing some leg raises.

today I will ask dr fahri I can start doing abdominal exercises.
yesterday I did 2 kg dumbbell raises.
exercise is good for body.
I am the sort of person, medicine does not really affect me. I can take lots of benzodiazepines and still be able to function properly. Most people would just be like a log, dead like a log.
So I think, even if they had given me some opioids, which I think they might well have, I am still strong enough to do all this and well-motivated enough.
Dr fahri didn't tell me this is like a war, but I heard from a member here that he said that. yes, it is a war and losing is not the option! the moment I reach Moscow battlefield, peace has departed!
