How bad is in the pain in your guy's knees when you do / did your tibia?  How did it affect your life afterwards?

It was horrible pain and stiffness whenever I tried to move it while lengthening, and after LL it still hurts to kneel on a hard surface.  I recommend LON on tibiae only if you don't have the time for externals-only.

If I was willing to spend 6 months in Russia for 5cm would you think that might help?  6 months tons of PT and doing 0.6mm a day I really can't handle more than that I sprained my ankle rock climbing never really healed all the way I feel.
