Deciding who the best Limb lengthening surgeon in india is?

hi guy and girls ,                                                                         
I just wanted to discuss my plans of having limb lengthening in india.Since the past 2 year i have been noticing that my height is not a good height and i have decided to travel to india for limb lengthening.But as per all the research i have done about limb lengtening i find that there are a lot of surgeons in india and other countries as well but i feel comfortable india because i have family over there.

my details are i am a skinny guy who is 166 cm tall and wishing to get increase of 9 cm add to my current height.

So can anyone please help me out answering the questions below.

1.who is the best surgeon in india?
2.If i get 9cm, will that make my physique look unnatural and weird like someone with big legs and small body.
3.What Limb lengthening method in india is reliable(internal or external).Give details?
4.When i get back to physical activity like gym or dancing.
5.Can you tell me if the picture i attached in this post look normal to you.(the picture were i am wearing shoes)

i have many more question but first i need answers to the above questions.pleaseeeeeeeee answer them

I would wait till 22 go to school gain confidence don't LL I still grew more even though my plates closed in many places.

but i am not getting the surgery now,maybe after 1 year.and i have been to my endocrinologist and according to him my growth plates have spotted moving due to my parents height and my indian background.

Go to the doctor which if ANYTHING goes wrong in your legs. He has the moral heart to fix it. I rather take that doctor. Then the finest hospital but doctor wants another 50 000k to fix it.

He may grow an inch at 18 but I highly doubt he'll even grow that much at that age. A good amount of boys finish at 16 or 17.
