Booze and LL

Been  wondering how I will pass time during LL in a few months.
We know the effects of smoking.
What about Alcohol while Limb Lengthening?
3 Months stuck in some house/room during LL is a long time.

Arrange for a teacher to come instruct you, for example I’m learning Russian and DJ’ing.
Utilize your bed with dumbells and weights and stretch bands. Train and work out.
Hire/find a cook to ONLY bring you healthy meals, eggs steaks protein shakes. Get in fantastic shape, lose weight, and heal faster.

Drink alcohol? Grow up.

1 year post can run slowly, walking/gym everyday. Issues are zero, ankle tight waking up.
