I can make them for you, but I have a few questions first:
1. Tibias or femurs? This doesn't really matter all that much as I can make you a few mockups.
2. I don't know what you mean by sitting height. Because alhough there is a surgery to increase it, there's a high risk of nerve damage. Also, you'd need a lot of luck in finding a qualified doctor who would perform it cosmetically. I can still make you a mockup with increased sitting height though, if that's what you wanted.
3. What is your starting height?
