Lifts, they theoretically increase the perceived size of your tibias, correct ? Be it 1 or 2 inch lifts, assuming your ankles aren't visible to an observer, would the gain appear to be in tibias ?

I suppose so yes, does it appear that way?
This is also true for thick shoes, if you've done a large amount of femoral lenghtening it might balance out some of your mechanical issues slightly.
