My first post so hello!

Im from the UK and 165cm and wanting to get to 180cm through both femur and tibia precise method.

I have shortlisted my clinic lists to:

1- Dr Donghoon Lee clinic
2- AFA clinic
3- Become taller clinic
4- MSM Clinic for Orthopedics and Traumatology

Pros and cons of each clinic from what I know:

1.) Dr Lee is very good and I know he has 0 major complication rate and is very very good, the only issue is that they don’t offer good packages and their maximum lengthening is 12cm. Another issue is that you need have your own Korean to English service so putting accommodation and the surgery and everything else together it’s about £140k - £160k

2.) AFA clinic, I have read on here a couple people saying they are bad but not read full diaries on precise method that have gone wrong. On their TikTok they have posted many that have great flexibility after their surgery. Dr Mustafa Uysal has been to a Dr Paley event to learn about limb lengethening too. Another point is they only do tibia LON using the ilizarov method which is a green flag.

3.) Becometallerclinic, or orthosolve, my main reason for having them on the list is that I saw a good diary on Dr Mustafa Gokhan Bilgili and he performs the surgery with another doctor named Dr Taner Asku. The issue with this is that there are a few good reviews on them I haven’t seen much to gain an understanding of the company.

4.) MSM clinic, a new clinic I have found that i don’t believe is on this forum. The Dr is Dr Mesut Sançmış. The page shows that he operates on many types of trauma and have not found a bad review yet. All are positive on the doctor itself. No diaries on limb lengethening so I’m unsure on this aspect. They are due to send me some photos via WhatsApp for evidence but still are stuck on their procedures and packages.

Now having said my shortlisted clinics, I know for sure I am going with the precise method as most of the bad diaries I have read have used the LON method. I know physiotherapy is the most important aspect of either surgery, but with precise I’m just concerned about who can do the initial operation well.

Dr Paley has not responded to my emails or any of his associated so it would be a case of going there in person and being the from UK it can get quite costly.

I want your guys opinion, your summary of experiences.

As of course, once I’ve made my decision I do intend to make a full diary logging it for you all to follow, I’m just quite confused.

Of the options you listed, Dr. Lee hands down.

You should also temper your expectations here with wanting 15cm. 8cm on femurs is safe. 5-6cm on tibias is generally considered the safe limit. Some people can do more, but you shouldn't assume that you will be able to especially since you will also be doing femurs.
