Toe walker, tight achilles, bad dorsiflexion before LL

Hi guys, I am new to the forum, just wondering if you guys think I'd be able to lengthen my Femurs by 6cm with my toe walking habit, I do know some doctors want the fittest muscles on prospective patients, and I may not be one of them. Im 21 and my dorsiflexion is about -30 or -20.

Any replies are appreciated :D
