I don't recommend theraphy to people with height dysphoria.

No matter what the therapist says nothing changes at then end of the day.

Your height hasn't changed. I always tell people with height dysphoria

just do the surgery and don't waste your hard earned money on theraphy.

I just wish that in the future, there is a technology that allows us to gain the heights that we want and recover within a month.
