Advice for Person in Early 20s

Best places for both affordable and safe LL treatment. Also what is the best type of surgery (least risk of complications while still high pay off (4-6 inches).

whats your height? normally 4-6 inches ur proportions will be off. u can get like 3 inches. thats about 8cm on the femurs is mostly ur target. if u go further than that u can do lon monorails on the femur. affordable but not really good.

  None, you can have luck and be ok with a cheap place, or paid a lot and be in the safest place. In LL usually dont come togheter..
