Sedats upper/lower and wingspan/height proportions look quite normal to me. LLT, a known butchery, inflates the amount of height their patients gain. I think it's entirely plausible that he didn't actually do 20cm. But you are correct  his ROM is awful. Has he said when he initially got the surgeries?

Current LL plan:
QLL in Early 2025 using the PRECICE nail with Dr. Birkholtz.
4cm tibia, 4cm femur. One year later, re-break for another 4+4. 167cm -> 175cm -> 183cm

He is now.about 1.76 so his initial height should have been 1.56 which is too short and his head, torso etc would have been short too. But it doesn't look like that. So he was probably around 1.65 before LL and did about 12-13 cm, nothing else seems possible.
After all what turkish butchers write are always a lie.

He had bowlegs before as stated in the video and if you
examine his before photos closer, you can actually see the massive height difference, he mustve done at least 13cms on femur and in some clothes you can actually see his femur is longer, but not that much. He did femur in 2018, tibia 2019, femur again in 2020.

Body and wingspan usually stays the same when developing bowlegs, unless you have dwarfism. I think he might have had Rickets disease.

He is an idiot who lost his ability to run, climb or go down from stairs, squat and even walking on inclined surfaces with this range of motion. This is a confession video prooves his condition.

I've seen Sedat IRL throughout a long period of time. Sure, his functionality has taken a hit, but you're exaggurating.  He can go up and down stairs just fine.
I'm sure he was aware of the trade offs.
At his height, I'm sure this decision was easy.

He looks too well proportioned to be real !
I think this is his main lie, so he can build the whole "successful business" that will follow...

Yeah he wasn't 156/157, he's lying, a 157cm man can't be so well proprortioned after 20cm of lengthening, his head, his hands and feet are not that of a 157cm person. I think he was around 163/165cm with a very big torso and short legs
