What is the usual duration of lordosis after removal in your experience?

Hello everyone, for those who have undergone LON femoral procedure and experienced lordosis, could you share how long it took for your back to regain its straightness? Additionally, any recommendations for effective exercises would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
