I was a Buddist when I was a teen so habitually I kneeled down on the floor for like 20-30mins intermittently like 3 days a week back then. I am not sure if that was a bad habit which can explain why I am only 5'4, while my father is 5'4 my mother is 5'2.5.
If that habit was not the reason, then the only reason was my grandmas(143 and 146).
I am Chinese and I am well nutritional so that's why I think it is not normal. I am very short since birth. My uncle said I was like an alien because I was too 'small'. I was only as big as my elder cousin sister.
Not obsessing over the past. I am just curious about the reason.

I was thinking kneeling might've been imposing pressures onto my leg bones which might've impacted on my growth lol, but yeah now I have figured out the pressures that lasted for 20-30 mins intermittently were just nothing.
