age effect on lengthening

Does being younger actually have a significant advantage to you lengthening? People always say this but are you really that much more flexible at 20 compared to 40?

Best age to do LL is probably late 20's with everything considered.  You're young enough where your recovery will be speedy but old enough to have self discipline, rationality, and financial resources.

But purely physical speaking - the younger you are, probably the better.

I dont doubt that you are better when you are young but im more confused of how much of a factor it is

It's easier to become flexible at 20 than it is at 40.

As we get older, our body naturally becomes stiffer. We lose flexibility, depending on our hormone levels and genetics, we might lose muscle mass, strength etc as well. On top of that think about your energy levels, mindset, etc.
