How do I measure my legs / upper body ratio to know if it will look strange if I lengthen my legs.
I wanna know if my legs are too long for my body already of it they are good proportion.

measure sitting height and get your SHR. you shouldn't go far past .50 probably .48 at max, and .50 would be more optimal most likely. it just depends on your build somewhat how far you can go and you. can always evaluate as you move forward

0.48 meaning siting height is 0.48 = 48% of total or that the legs are 48%?

Can i measure sitting height by just standing in front of the wall and marking where my femur stops? Like at the hips somewhere and then just measure from that line to the top of my head?

just sit down on a flat surface and mark the top of your head. 48% means legs are 52% of your height. Keep in mind a lot of people think you absolutely shouldn't go past 50%
